NEW weekly Breathe Before Bedtime: mind body reset using conscious connected breathwork every Wednesday evening at King’s School in Chester.

Please join us for Breathe Before Bedtime — Each week, we’ll explore one of the body’s nine energy centres through the lens of the Human Design system — from Root to Head — using breath to release tension, quiet the mind and reset your nervous system before sleep. No experience needed — just your breath, an open heart and a few cosy essentials.

If you’ve been rushing, pushing or carrying the weight of daily stress, this session helps you land back in your body. Through breath, we’ll release physical tension, calm stress hormones and signal safety to your nervous system helping your body shift from survival into rest.
